Welcome to Dacula Movers. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our moving services and website. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before engaging with us.

1. Services Provided

Dacula Movers offers professional moving services including residential, commercial, local, long-distance, packing, storage, and related services. Service availability depends on your location and your specific needs.

2. Booking and Estimates

  • Estimates provided are based on the information given at the time of the quote.

  • Final charges may vary depending on actual service requirements.

  • Bookings must be confirmed in writing or via email to secure your moving date.

  • Deposits may be required to reserve your moving slot.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or approved electronic payment methods.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

  • Any returned checks will be subject to applicable fees and service suspension until settled.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate information about the items to be moved, including size, weight, and special handling requirements.

  • All items must be packed securely unless packing services are arranged.

  • Customers should ensure that all valuable, fragile, or hazardous items are disclosed in advance.

  • Access to your property must be clear and safe for our movers to operate.

5. Liability and Insurance

  • Dacula Movers maintains insurance coverage for standard moving services.

  • We are not responsible for damage or loss resulting from improper packing by the customer unless packing services were provided by us.

  • We do not move hazardous materials, illegal items, or perishable goods.

  • Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move date to avoid cancellation fees.

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be communicated as soon as possible.

  • Dacula Movers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule moves due to unforeseen circumstances, with timely notice to the customer.

7. Use of Subcontractors

Dacula Movers may employ subcontractors to perform certain services. We remain responsible for ensuring all subcontractors comply with these Terms.

8. Privacy and Data

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during service requests or bookings is used solely to provide and improve our moving services. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

9. Changes to Terms

Dacula Movers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Georgia.
